Postural Correction & Mobility ● Thoracic spine mobilization ● Hip mobility + ankle dorsiflexion ● Neck and wrist stretches (for screen-heavy roles) ● Breathwork and diaphragmatic control 3. Core & Stability Training ● Anti-rotation (pallof press, suitcase carry) ● Loaded/unilateral stability (single-leg RDL, overhead holds) ● Controlled tempo to mimic sustained physical stress (e.g., long shifts, repetitive lifting) 4. Energy System Conditioning (Optional Finisher) ● HIIT (shuttle runs, sled pushes, battle ropes) for fast-paced responders ● Zone 2 steady-state circuits for endurance-based roles ● Mental focus drills (box breathing under movement fatigue, reactive agility) 5.
